Confusion at its best .............. :P :P :P

I wud go in for a Tokina ...

Guru Log kahen aur sishya na maane.. you/deepak can help me.. book/ find out the price

and this is the final order from the menu card..

1. Tokina 11mm - 16mm F/2.8 ATX Pro DX (same suggested by many others out of the three..)

Priced (MRP) 26800.00

2. Shutter Cable release
RS 60 E3 ( compatible with canon 1000 D)

3. Hoya 77 mm CPL

Now the debate shifts to tripods.. one time investment.. at least for me..

Boss .. if you look at my comments or even if I would have to buy it today( if I didn't have a Sigma 10 -20, though it is not all that bad as it sound ) I would have gone for Tokina 116 Pro AT-X lens bec'oz of the price and the performance factor...
But if the money wouldn't have been an issue and keeping in mind, in future if I do upgade to Full Frame then Canon 17 -40 4L lens wins hand down.. They are deadly combination.. Trust me
Next what I have experienced while using my Canon D-400 with 3rd party Lens.. Canon accessories ( Like Flash gun) don't work very well..Some nagging issue remain though we need to work around it...
So your situation is similar to mine .. When " The head says No and heart says Yes" while I was deciding between Sigma 50 -150 vs Tokina 535 AT-X Pro.. I asked around in and consulted my brother.. almost everyone told me one thing.." the best and fault free is yet to be made..buy any lens you will have one issue or other... " And boy I am very happy with my Tokina 535 AT-X pro lens.. ( Though I won't say all the Tokina lenses are excellent but one thing I can assure you with Tokina 116 AT-X pro , you won't go wrong )

The tokina 11-16 at smartshoppers.in shows the MRP now at 39000 and two smart prices? 35000 and 27445.. totally confusing??

Grey price in kokata with the only guy who can get it in 2-3 days on order is 30000.. so what is the price/availability in Delhi?
